It builds customer loyalty and is a popular gift for expecting parents. Visit 1 (14-22 weeks): "The First Hello" package for gender determination. Visit 2 (24-34 weeks): "The Sweetest Love" 3D/4D package to see your baby's features.
Cancellation Policy
Late Arrivals: We have a strict 10-minute grace period. If you arrive later than 10 minutes past your scheduled time, your appointment may be cancelled or need to be rescheduled, and your deposit will be forfeited. This ensures our next guests are not delayed. (Please note: if you are running behind, please give us a call) No-Shows & Late Cancellations: you will be charged a no-show fee of $69 if you miss your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling: Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule, and we will happily transfer your deposit to a new appointment time.
